Tuition Policies
There are two payment plans available:
Plan 1: Semester. Pay tuition in two installments and save 5% over the monthly installment plan. Payments are due by September 10th for Fall semester and January 10th for Spring semester.
Plan 2: Monthly. Pay your tuition in monthly installments. Payments are installments toward your total tuition, regardless of how many classes are offered in any particular month. Payments are due the 10th of each month.
- Family households with 2 or more students receive a 10% discount.
- Please notify Jordan Dehline if a student needs to withdraw from any classes. If withdrawing before the first class, a full refund will be made.
- Students will not be allowed to participate in class if their tuition is more than 60 days late.
- Missed classes may be made up during the same month in the level above or below the dancer’s regular class. Prior permission from the teacher of the make-up class must be obtained.
- The year is divided into two semesters: September- December and January-May.
- Need-based financial aid is available in the form of work-study. Completion of a confidential application and approval by the BAA Financial Aid Committee is required. Work-study applications for Fall semester are due by September 15th; applications for Spring semester are due by January 15th.
- The Board reserves the right to cancel, within the first 4 weeks of the semester, any class with less than 5 students enrolled.

Attendance Policy
Learning to dance requires one to view, practice, and participate. Attendance is critical in order to progress. When one student is absent, the whole class falls behind when that student returns. During the spring, as we prepare for our recital, classes are used for rehearsals. Attendance is mandatory unless you receive prior consent from the teacher, or due to illness. This is a matter of respect for the other students and the faculty. If you have any questions, please contact Michele or your child’s teacher. |
